Villa Nar Bhim is a shared loyalty rewards program operating across a network of partner cafes, restaurants and other venues. A single Villa Nar Bhim membership lets you earn points at any participating venue and redeem them across the marketplace, subject to these terms.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Villa Nar Bhim” refer to the Villa Nar Bhim Marketplace and its operators; “you” refers to the registered member.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Villa Nar Bhim account. Each member may hold one account only. Your mobile phone number is your membership ID and must be a number you own and control.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to provide accurate and current information at signup and to keep it up to date. Optional details you may add — such as your birthday, address, or a photo of a national ID or certificate — are used only to operate the program, verify your identity where required, and deliver relevant rewards.

Any identity document you upload is treated as private and is accessible only to you and authorised administrators.

You earn points on qualifying purchases at participating venues, at the rate in effect at the time of the transaction. Points are typically credited when a venue records your purchase against your membership.

Points have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be transferred, sold or combined between accounts. We may adjust, withhold or reverse points issued in error, through fraud, or in connection with a cancelled or refunded transaction.

Accumulated points may be redeemed for eligible rewards, discounts or offers at participating venues, subject to availability and any venue-specific conditions. Reward availability and the number of points required may change from time to time.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and, once redeemed, generally cannot be reversed except where required by law.

From time to time we may offer bonus points — for example, for completing your profile at signup. Bonuses are discretionary, may be limited to one per member, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. We reserve the right to remove bonus points obtained through misuse.

You agree not to:

• use the program fraudulently or for any unlawful purpose;
• create multiple accounts or manipulate transactions to accrue points you have not genuinely earned;
• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other members’ accounts.

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, and forfeit points associated with the breach.

Participating venues are independent businesses. Villa Nar Bhim is not responsible for the goods, services, pricing or conduct of any venue. Any dispute about a purchase should be raised with the venue directly, though we will help where we reasonably can. The list of participating venues may change without notice.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, using it to operate your membership, process points, and improve the program. We do not sell your personal information.

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who can see it, how long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy or have it deleted. It covers identity documents and profile photographs in particular.

We may update these terms or modify the program at any time. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Villa Nar Bhim after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate the program, or your account, where reasonably necessary. Unredeemed points are generally forfeited on account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Villa Nar Bhim is provided on an “as is” basis and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the program. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
